- If you can search for printer but cannot connect, please check whether the 4B-2063C device is connected in the system-settings, disconnect and delete the connection in the settings, and return to the '4Barcode' App to connect.
- If the printer cannot be searched:
For Android phones, please check whether the location (or positioning) permission is turned on in the phone settings, and allow it to be turned on.
Follow these steps:
- Long press the '4Barcode' APP icon, then select the exclamation mark in the upper right corner.
- Grant permission for Camera, Music and Audio, Nearby Devices, Photos, and Videos.

For Apple mobile phone, please check whether the Bluetooth permission of '4Barcode' App is allowed to be opened in the mobile phone settings, and allow it to be opened. If not allowed, the Bluetooth device cannot be searched and used.
- Long press the '4Barcode' APP icon, then select the exclamation mark in the upper right corner.
- If the printer is found but cannot be connected, please restart the printer and the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and try to connect again in the App.
- If the above steps do not work, please switch to another phone and refer to Section How to connect a mobile phone to the printer? to reconnect the printer in the App.
