Why is my printer not showing up on my Mac desktop? – SVANTTO

If your Mac shows printer states "Offline" or not display in "Printers&Scanners", it means that Mac did not recognize the printer.
- Please try to unplug and plug the USB cable on the Mac computer and printer sides.
- Then restart the printer (power off then on).
If it is still not displayed in "Printers&Scanners", we need to check the USB connection.
- Connect your own flash drive using the USB adapter and check whether the computer can read the data.
- Unplug the flash drive and replace it with the USB cable of the printer.
  Usually, if a Mac can recognize a flash drive, it means that the USB adapter provides a stable data connection for the flash drive. Similarly, the USB adapter can provide a stable data connection for a printer. If the flash drive is not recognized, it may be necessary to change the USB adapter.
