Why does the time and attendance machine screen show “Menu Login” and I can't access the menu screen?

Manger mode prevents other staff from accessing this menu to modify attendance. If the user was registered as an administrator, access to the menu can only be unlocked by the administrator.

Tip: If you haven't set a password or your fingerprint doesn't work, you can enter Super Administrator mode

Steps1:  Press the MENU key > then enter the ID number 9 of 9 (9999999999) > OK

Steps2: Then enter the password: 83265736 > OK key Enter the menu to reset or delete the previous administrator information

Note: when entering your password, please remember to always press the MENU key
