Why I connect the Laptop and monitor with Type C cable, nothing happens?

  1. Please check whether the Type-C port of your laptop is a full-featured Type-C port.
  2. If your computer's Type C port is not a full-featured Type C port, you can also use the included HDMI cable to connect the display. When using the HDMI cable, you need to use a USB A to Type-C Cable to provide power to the display.
  3. Please make sure your laptop can provide 5V3A power to the monitor, otherwise, you need an external 5V3A or higher power supply.
