The most common reason is that the labels were loaded upside down. Please ensure your labels are properly loaded, the peelable side up.
- Make sure your labels are 'Direct Thermal' labels. The paper included in the package meets this requirement. You can also scratch the surface of the label with your fingernail; usually, it will turn black to indicate that it is a 'Direct Thermal' label.
- Make sure you are using the original Svantto power adapter and power cord.
If the above is correct, but the printer still prints blank labels or the label cannot be completely printed, please contact us with a printout of the self-test page.
Note: Short double-click the FEED button, and the printer will print a self-test page. Let us know if it could be printed correctly. We will provide further assistance based on your situation.
