Why does the printer skip paper? – SVANTTO

If the printer skips labels, please check if you are using labels from another brand. Other brands' labels may not be compatible with our printer, causing it to skip. We recommend switching to Svantto brand labels and trying to print again.
Additionally, please make sure that the following three dimensions are consistent for correct printing:
①Your document size;
②The label paper size you are using;
③The size option you selected on the print preview page.
For example, your label paper is 2×2 inches, make sure your label file is 2×2 inches, and the printer paper setting is 2×2 inches.
Then follow the steps to calibrate the label:
(1) Load no less than 4 consecutive sheets of label paper into the printer (printable side upwards).
(2) After the paper stop moving, press and hold FEED button (green/red light), and when you hear a beep, release the button.
(3) The printer will learn the size of the paper immediately. After the process is complete, the printer will be back to normal.
