Introduction

1.0 Overview

This document describes Windows' instructions for using the SVANTTO accessibility tools.

Please read this manual before using assistive tools.

2.0 Software overview

2.1 Objective

Through external tools or plug-ins to improve better service for users, improve the user experience

Generate employee and attendance

Generate an attendance report for the week

3.0 Instructions

3.1 Extract

Extract the software package

Double-click software Extra_Tool.exe

Enter the relevant information

As required, the floating text in the text box is an example

Generate employee and attendance

After filling in the information in the red box above, click Finish. If the information is not formatted incorrectly, a pop-up window will appear and the corresponding form will be generated.

Review the generated files

Enter the package and click the Enroll folder

You can find the generated file

File：

Importing two tables into the time machine will automatically enter information

1. about the employee

2. Generate Report

3. Please save the exported timetable in the folder Report

Click Report Button

The results are stored in report_res
