Why the printer print extra blank labels after printing?

Note: Please make sure that the following three dimensions are consistent for correct printing:

1. Your document size.
2. The label paper size you are using.
3. The size option you selected on the print preview page.

For Mac:

If you print a 4×6 size page. In the print preview page, please be sure to select your "Paper Size" appropriately (for example 4×6).

The size of the loaded paper is smaller than that specified in the label file. For example, you might be trying to print a 100×190mm file on 100×150mm size paper.

For this situation, you can adjust the scale, margins in the page setup in the using browser.

For Windows：

Go to the "Printing preferences" ---> "Paper Setup" ---> "Name", select the correct size for the printer (If you are using 4×6 paper, please select the 101.6*152.4 mm).
